Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Central Blue Ridge is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that relies heavily on the generosity of individual and corporate donors to provide the professional support necessary for our youth mentoring program to succeed.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is a volunteer- and donor-supported organization. Though there are numerous costs involved, families do not pay a fee for our services. Instead, we rely on contributions and the generous support of this community.

- Extend service to more children
- Provide for child safety
- Support enrichment activities for Bigs and Littles
- Carefully screen and match all program participants.
- Provide individualized professional support to all Big-Little matches throughout the duration of their relationship.
- Provide ongoing training and resources to adults serving as Bigs.
